This statement is similar to the one issued by Virgin Records on behalf of Beenie Man in August 2004 and Capleton's satement issued in June 2005. The date that this document was issued is unknown to me. It might have been prior to Elephant Man's Europeen Tour in December 2005 or his North American tour in early 2006. It was posted to my attention in September 2007, by a promoter that brought the artist on in Canada for his Let's Get Physical Tour. A much more relevent document must be sign if Elephant Man wants to move on with his career: The Reggae Compassionate Act.
