Elephant Man Here is the list of concerts that were cancelled during the Stop Murder Music campaign that was launched in July 2004. I have list all of the concerts that I have found on the Internet, to show the portion that was affected by the Stop Murder Music campaign. Elephant Man. doesn't seems to have sufferes much from the Stop Murder Music campaign, probably because his manager was wise enough not to send him on tour overseas, during the peak of the SMM camapaign, between July 2004 and February 2005.
